Located within the ground floor of Ayrshire’s famous Lochgreen House Hotel, Bisque is Ayrshire’s newest and finest high-end restaurant. Offering inventive, seasonal and locally sourced dishes juxtaposed with classic, old-school hospitality and glamour in a rural setting, our restaurant is a truly special space not only for Ayrshire but Scotland-wide.
A visit to Bisque needn’t finish after dessert – retire to our Lounge and Malt Room for some after-dinner drinks. Relax amongst elegant, yet sumptuous interiors, exquisite art and old-school hospitality. Peruse our drinks menu, with its mix of classic and bespoke cocktails, fizz, gin, old and new world wines, or better yet enter through the gates of our famous ‘Malt Room’ housing over 120 Whiskies (and a few rogue gins!)
With almost immediate proximity to sea, harbour and farmland, our Executive Head Chef, Andrew Costley and his team hand-select only the freshest and finest of produce. Each and every ingredient is celebrated within our seasonally curated menus.
Autumn and winter is without doubt the time to savour shellfish. Our current menus naturally celebrate famed Orkney scallops and locally caught langoustine and crab – however there is a choice of seasonal fish, meat and vegetarian dishes across all our menus.
